Founder & Director
Amy Molden Park
Amy Molden Park is originally from San Diego, California and has worked in higher education for over 10 years in Boston, Chicago, New York, and Buenos Aires. As the founder of Masters USA, she has advised over 700 students applying to top Masters, MBA, PhD and other graduate programs in the US and Europe.

Previously, she worked at the Fulbright Commission Argentina and EducationUSA, both programs of the US Department of State. She was an MBA Admissions Director at the University of San Diego and worked on the proprietary trading desk of Deutsche Bank on Wall Street. Amy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston College, and cum laude with a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University. She lives in Miami where she enjoys meeting students in person and going to the beach with her husband, toddler son, and baby twins.

Wally Kairuz
Wally is an applications mentor, psychometric test expert, and language consultant with over 30 years of experience helping people get to where they want to go. He has served globally as a copywriter, editor, and career developer for international organizations and professionals. Wally studied linguistics and math and has a master’s degree in Psychology.
Laura Gómez
Admissions Coach
Laura is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Miami. Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of International Political Economy and Political Economy of Development, with a regional focus on Latin America. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Oxford University, an MSc. in IPE from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a degree in Economics from Universidad de San Andres (Argentina).

She has held research fellowships at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies at Notre Dame University and at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington D.C . Laura has also worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank. She enjoys advising students who are applying to top graduate programs in the U.S. and Europe.
Maggie Brennan
Admissions Coach
Maggie Brennan is an educational consultant specializing in undergraduate college admissions in the USA. She has worked in education for 25 years, starting as a high school teacher in NY, then working in educational consulting, and finally as an international college admissions consultant from her current home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Maggie works with undergraduate and graduate students from numerous countries in Central and South America. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and would be happy to help you find the right school for you.
